Return & Refund Policy

Sometimes, things just don’t land the way we thought they would. Maybe the teddy bear didn’t look quite like you pictured when you were scrolling through the site, or perhaps the color felt a little different in person. Whatever the reason, we completely get it; it happens, and you’re not alone.

Thinking of sending it back? No worries at all. We’ll guide you through it, no pressure, and no complicated steps.

You’ve Got 30 Days

From the moment your bear arrives at your door, the clock starts ticking; you’ve got 30 days to decide if it’s right for you.

But before you pack it up and send it back, please drop us a quick email. Just a heads-up makes the whole thing go a lot smoother for both of us.

What We Can Take Back

We’ll accept returns as long as:

  • The bear hasn’t been used or handled roughly
  • It’s still got its original tags, packaging, and anything else that came with it
  • You're reaching out within that 30-day window
  • You’ve got proof of purchase (like an order number or receipt)

Stuff We Can’t Take Back

There are a few exceptions, unfortunately:

  • Anything marked as “final sale”
  • Items that have been used, washed, or look... well, lived in
  • Returns that show up without warning (we really do need that email first)
  • Gift cards or store credits—they’re non-refundable

How to Start a Return

Here’s how it works:

  • Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and why you want to return the item.
  • We’ll reply (usually within a day) with the return address and any other details you need.
  • Repacking the bear doesn’t have to be fancy, just safe, and ship it back using a service with tracking.
  • Once we get it and make sure everything checks out, we’ll start your refund.

Getting Your Money Back

  • Refunds go to the original payment method you used when buying.
  • Banks can take a few days to process things; expect up to 7 business days.
  • If we made an error on our end, like sending the wrong bear, we’ll also refund your original shipping.
  • But if it wasn’t our mistake, original shipping charges won’t be included in the refund.

Want a Swap Instead?

Totally doable. If you’d prefer a different teddy, maybe another color or design, just let us know in your return email. If we’ve got what you want in stock, we’ll help you get it.

Shipping the Return

Just so you know:

  • You’ll need to cover the cost of shipping unless it was our mistake.
  • Please choose a tracked service. We can’t replace items that go missing in transit.
